With more than 25 years of experience in corporate real estate transactions, property and project management, Cleber had the opportunity of leading several big projects. He was Head of Cushman & Wakefield for State of Rio de Janeiro, Partner at Brookfield Financial, working with major corporate customers and investors, Commercial Director at PareBem an invested company by Patria Blackstone and Commercial Director of Construtora São Jose for hi-end gated community. In the early stages of his career, he worked in his family company as Property Management & Real Estate Business, later on developed a social program sponsored by the government to teach needy children about how to sail and use it as a profession.
Diogo Moreira-Rato has over 30 years of worldwide experience in the Life Sciences and MedTech industries. His background includes President and Executive Officer positions at different divisions of Fortune 100 companies across USA, Europe and Latin America, such as Johnson & Johnson and Smith & Nephew, where he had the most challenging and successful international career, having the opportunity to develop several different businesses within the medical devices group as well as 30+ investment cycles.He is currently an Angel Investor, Special Advisor in several companies and Chairman of YPO Portugal.
With a 20 years’ experience in the Asset Management Industry, Duarte holds high level positions in the financial area.He started his career in the Management and Insurance areas, first in Champalimaud Group, and later in Caixa Geral de Depósitos, having part of several expansion projects of these business units. Duarte is CESGA (certified ESG investment analyst) by the EFFAS - European Federation of Financial Analyst Societies. Currently he is Founder & Managing Partner of 3xP Global, a Venture Capital Firm that focuses its activity on Sustainable Investments with high levels of Innovation.
Faisel has a vast experience in the Investment Banking and Investment management industry, advising and raising asset from Institutional Investors across Northern Europe.He started his career with Carnegie Investment Bank and Danske Markets covering the Nordic, German and Swiss Pension funds and has later moved into the Investment Management industry raising assets for respectively Nordea Asset Management and was heading Raymond James Asset Management’s asset raising activities for Northern Europe.Faisel holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
With decades of experience in Finance instruments, derivatives and risk management, both on a functional perspective and IT implementation, in the last decade Miguel has been working as Manager and Consultant in the Impact and Social Economy, being a Board Member of several Cooperatives and Associations in Portugal.
With two decades of experience in Sustainability and Innovation, working between 2000 and 2019 at IFC (World Bank) in Washington, Miguel J. Martins has dedicated most of his life to Sustainability, Innovation and Leadership matters across the world. He has created and led the Transformational Business Awards team of the Financial Times and IFC and is still an Harvard University Graduate School of Design instructor on the Executive Education program.
Miguel has a 30 years experience in global Financial Markets. He started his career at Deutsche Bank in debt market, and after that Miguel worked for 9 years in equity sales and prop trading in BBVA Midas. Leveraging his experience, he acted as an Investor Relations consultant to some of the largest Portuguese listed companies, including energy utilities, contacting directly the most relevant global asset managers.
Several years on the lead of one of the largest Portuguese communication groups, awarded nationally and internationally in the areas of PR and advertising, Rita has worked for the major multinational brands and companies, over a 20-year professional career. Now in the Venture Capital market world, supporting the launch of Sustainable Investment Funds, responsible for the Investors Relations and for the development of a Corporate Social Responsibility Program, Grow Sustainable.
