Diogo Moreira-Rato has over 30 years of worldwide experience in the Life Sciences and MedTech industries. His background includes President and Executive Officer positions at different divisions of Fortune 100 companies across USA, Europe and Latin America, such as Johnson & Johnson and Smith & Nephew, where he had the most challenging and successful international career, having the opportunity to develop several different businesses within the medical devices group as well as 30+ investment cycles.
He is currently an Angel Investor, Special Advisor in several companies and Chairman of YPO Portugal.

With a 20 years’ experience in the Asset Management Industry, Duarte holds high level positions in the financial area.He started his career in the Management and Insurance areas, first in Champalimaud Group, and later in Caixa Geral de Depósitos, having part of several expansion projects of these business units. Duarte is CESGA (certified ESG investment analyst) by the EFFAS - European Federation of Financial Analyst Societies. Currently he is Founder & Managing Partner of 3xP Global, a Venture Capital Firm that focuses its activity on Sustainable Investments with high levels of Innovation.

Constança's dedication to innovative business solutions with a positive societal and environmental impact started after a transformative experience in the Amazon Rainforest. Formerly part of the UK Accenture's Sustainability Strategy team, she actively participated in The Circulars accelerator program, guiding start-ups through a 6-month journey focusing on strategy redefinition and expansion. Subsequently, Constança was on secondment with the Business for Nature team, assisting companies in understanding and mitigating their impacts on nature and biodiversity. With a firm belief in the transformative power of impactful start-ups, Constança emphasizes the possibility of doing good while generating profits.

With a strong background in Finance, due to more than 15 years of experience within Management Control and Auditing, Inês brings a proactive, analytical, and results-driven vision, that will add value not only in the financial area but to the team as a hole. Inês is a team player with a “can-do” attitude which enables her to build strong and successful relationships that facilitate the interaction between the entire team and departments.

Liliana plays a pivotal role in guiding our journey through the intricate legal and regulatory terrain. With a wealth of experience in the banking sector across renowned institutions such as Novo Banco and Banco Espírito Santo. Her expertise is particularly pronounced in areas like private banking, international business, and compliance always navigating complex financial landscapes. Her track record serves as a lighthouse, illuminating the path to unwavering compliance and upholding the most exacting standards. To further enhance her skills, Liliana recently completed a specialized course in compliance for the prevention of corruption. And, in addition to her background in law and tax law, Liliana has also a leadership development program at Harvard Business School.

With expertise in many sectors from banking, energy, and plastic industry, including others, such as port logistics, real estate, and agriculture, Margarida has extensive know-how in Legal and Compliance areas. She has a specialized track record, notably in corporate and commercial law, labor regulations, financial intricacies, data protection, and regulatory landscapes at Grupo Manuel Champalimaud, Banco Popular, and Grupo Martifer. Margarida's commitment to continuous learning is evident through her post-graduations in labor law, securities law, and corporate tax law. These additional qualifications underline her determination to refine her expertise and provide comprehensive legal solutions to intricate challenges within her areas of focus.  

Monica has collaborated with both public and private innovation leaders at a global level. She collaborates with the Mobile WorldCapital, The Collider Venture Builder Program and with many impact and technology start-ups. She is an entrepreneurship professor at the Master of Innovation at the EU Business School in Barcelona and has worked in innovation strategy in the corporate world at Deloitte, GB Foods, Ingenico, HP, EIT Innoenergy and Science Business in Brussels. Monica holds an Economics and Business Magna Cum Laude degree from UCLA and an MBA from Bocconi and is now supporting 3xP Global directly from Barcelona, specifically in what concerns Investors Relations and strategic partnerships in the Spanish arena.

With two decades of experience in Sustainability and Innovation, working between 2000 and 2019 at IFC (World Bank) in Washington, Miguel J. Martins has dedicated most of his life to Sustainability, Innovation and Leadership matters across the world. He has created and led the Transformational Business Awards team of the Financial Times and IFC and is still an Harvard University Graduate School of Design instructor on the Executive Education program.

Miguel has a 30 years experience in global Financial Markets. He started his career at Deutsche Bank in debt market, and after that Miguel worked for 9 years in equity sales and prop trading in BBVA Midas. Leveraging his experience, he acted as an Investor Relations consultant to some of the largest Portuguese listed companies, including energy utilities, contacting directly the most relevant global asset managers.

Oscar has more than 20 years of experience assuming management roles in Innovation and Digitalization in several sectors always aimed at generating economic and social development. Board member in international innovation associations. As a serial entrepreneur has co-founded several startups in digital health, mobility, and Quantum. Former director of The Collider program of Mobile World Capital Barcelona (MWCapital), a reference European Deep technology transfer program, transforming European research into tech-based startups (digital health, food tech, and energy), creating a portfolio of 30 startups, and a market value of 30MM€ with 700k€ direct investment. Oscar holds a Computer Sciences Degree from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and an MBA from ESADE Business School.

With an extensive expertise in Investment Banking, VC/PE investment management and Structured Finance, Paulo Azenhas is the most recent 3XP Global team member. Having recently led ING Bank in Portugal and previously held Executive Board Member and Management positions in domestic and international financial institutions, Paulo has a unique experience of over 30 years in Equity Valuation, Investment Analysis, M&A and Project Finance. Paulo will be focused on deal origination and execution, coordinating the investment analysis & management teams as well as straightening relationships with financial institutions, institutional investors, advisors and regulators.
