Today, in our Spotlight Interview, we feature nuAura, a visionary company redefining preventative health and longevity in Europe. nuAura translates complex blood biomarkers into clear, actionable, and personalized health insights. We sat down with Ash, CEO and Co-Founder from nuAura, to discuss how they are democratizing precision medicine, their recent achievements, and their strategic roadmap to transform the healthcare ecosystem.

3xP: To start, what is the primary gap in the current healthcare system that you decided to address?

Ash: I think the biggest problem in healthcare isn't technology. It's timing. We’ve normalised waiting until we’re sick before taking an interest in our health. I think that’s backwards.

The more I learned about preventative health, the more obvious it became that our healthcare systems are exceptional at treating illness, but far less effective at helping us stay healthy in the first place. That was a big part of the reason we started building nuAura. Many of the conditions affecting us later in life, metabolic disease, cardiovascular disease, poor mental health and burnout, don’t appear overnight. They develop over years, often with early warning signs that are easy to miss.

At the same time, we’ve never had more health data available, yet most of us still don’t know what it actually means or what to do next. That’s why we built nuAura.

Our goal is simple: to help individuals understand what’s happening inside their body earlier, so they can make informed decisions before small issues become bigger ones.

nuAura Technology

3xP: Your motto is "A smarter way to understand your health." How does the nuAura ecosystem actually work for the everyday user?

Ash: Healthcare today is surprisingly fragmented. What should be a straight forward process often involves multiple providers, disconnected systems and information that’s difficult for most of us to understand. A member can upload existing blood results or complete diagnostics through one of our partner laboratories. We then combine biomarkers, wearable data, lifestyle information and medical history into a single, connected view.

From there, our technology and clinical team work together to turn that information into clear, personalised guidance. We focus less on hundreds of numbers and more on what those numbers actually mean for that individual. Members receive a healthscore across four key pillars — medical health, nutrition and metabolism, physical health, and mental wellbeing — along with doctor-led recommendations, ongoing check-ins and a personalised plan that evolves over time.

We’re not trying to replace doctors. We’re giving individuals a better way to understand their health between appointments, so every conversation with their clinician becomes more informed and more meaningful.

3xP: In yourbusiness model, there is a strong focus on accessibility. How does yourstrategy differentiate you in a market that is often seen as exclusive or"premium"?

Ash: Somewhere along the way, longevity became a luxury product. It became associated with expensive clinics, biohacking and solutions that only a small percentage of the population could realistically access. I don’t believe better health should be reserved for those with the most time, money or access. Our approach is to use technology, partnerships and clinical expertise to make personalised healthcare more accessible without compromising quality.

Most of us aren’t looking for the latest trend. We simply want to understand our health, make better decisions and stay healthier for longer. That’s who we’re building for.

3xP: Looking back, what were the key milestones and achievements that nuAura recently accomplishedthat you are most proud of?

Ash: Buildingthe platform has been important, but that’s not what I’m most proud of. I’m proud that we’ve taken what started as a belief and turned it into something individuals can actually use. We’ve built our clinical framework, launched our MVP, developed our health scoring model, established partnerships across diagnostics and healthcare, and brought together a team that genuinely believes healthcare can work differently. What’s been equally encouraging is the response from members, clinicians and partners. Those conversations continue to reinforce that individuals are ready to take a more proactive role in managing their health. For a company at our stage, earning trust is probably the milestone that matters most.

nuAura Dashboard

3xP: The future of preventative health is accelerating. What are the next steps on your roadmap?

Ash: We’re starting in Portugal because we believe it’s the right place toprove the model before expanding into other European markets. Over the next few years, we’ll continue strengthening our clinical network, expanding diagnostic partnerships, integrating more health data and using AI to deliver increasingly personalised insights.

We’re also investing in areas where we believe preventative healthcare still has significant gaps. Women’s health is a great example. Much of today’s research and many clinical reference ranges have traditionally been built around male populations. We see a real opportunity to develop more personalised approaches that better reflect women’s health through different stages of life.

Beyond that, we’re continuing to deepen our core pillars around nutrition, physical health and mental wellbeing. We’re particularly interested in areas such as neurodiversity, stress resilience, cognitive health and recovery, where better data, earlier understanding and more personalised support have the potential to make a meaningful impact.

Preventative health is still in its early chapters. There are enormous opportunities to deepen our understanding of women’s health, nutrition, mental wellbeing and neurodiversity, areas that have often been overlooked or underserved. They’re all fundamental to long-term health, and they’re areas where we want to continue investing and contributing.

nuAura personalized recommendations

3xP: To conclude, if you could leave one regarding the future of longevity, what would it be?

Ash: When people hear the wordl ongevity, they often think about living forever. I don’t. I think longevity is about having the energy to play with your children, staying independent as you get older, and enjoying more healthy years doing the things you love. For decades we’ve measured healthcare by how well we treat disease. I believe the next decade will be defined by how well we prevent it. If we can help someone makeone better decision today that changes where they are in ten years’ time, that’s a future worth building.

Following nuAura’s journey reinforces our commitment to backing founders who leverage advanced technology to solve systemic, real-world health challenges. We are incredibly excited to support their team as they scale and shift the paradigm from reactive to proactive care.
