Diogo Moreira-Rato brings over 30 years of global experience in Life Sciences and MedTech industries, including executive roles at Johnson & Johnson and Smith & Nephew. Now an Angel Investor and Special Advisor, he leverages his extensive background in investment cycles and leadership as Chairman of YPO Portugal.

Duarte Costa is the Founder and Managing Partner of 3xP Global. With 20 years in Asset Management, Duarte has held senior roles in Champalimaud Group and Caixa Geral de Depósitos. He is a CESGA-certified ESG investment analyst and leads 3xP Global's focus on sustainable and innovative investments.

Inês Coelho has over 15 years of experience in Finance, Management Control, and Auditing. Known for her analytical and results-driven approach, she enhances financial oversight and team dynamics, building strong relationships across departments.

Liliana Neves specialises in navigating complex legal and regulatory environments, with experience at Novo Banco and Banco Espírito Santo. Her expertise in private banking, international business, and compliance is complemented by a recent course in corruption prevention and leadership development at Harvard Business School.

Margarida Begonha brings extensive expertise in Legal and Compliance across sectors such as banking, energy, and real estate. Her experience in corporate and commercial law, coupled with post-graduate qualifications, ensures comprehensive legal solutions and regulatory adherence.

Miguel J. Martins has two decades of experience in Sustainability and Innovation, having worked at IFC (World Bank) and led the Transformational Business Awards. He is also an instructor at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, focusing on Sustainability and Leadership.

Miguel Lemos brings 30 years of experience in global Financial Markets to his role at 3xP Global. He began his career in debt markets at Deutsche Bank and later spent 9 years in equity sales and prop trading at BBVA Midas. Miguel has also served as an Investor Relations consultant for major Portuguese companies, including energy utilities, and has engaged directly with top global asset managers.

Paulo Azenhas with over 30 years in Investment Banking and VC/PE management, joins 3XP Global as an expert in Equity Valuation, Investment Analysis, M&A, and Project Finance. His role includes deal origination, execution, and strengthening relationships within the investment community.

Rita Branco is an Impact Partner at 3xP Global and leads the Iberia Impact Fund. She specializes in Impact Investments that drive social and environmental change. As a Board Member, she oversees 3xP Global's sustainable investments and is committed to integrating social responsibility with financial success.
