Portugal has been evolving such a way in this Impact world, that is nowadays really well positioned to lead several matters in what concerns Impact, Sustainability and Impact Investments.
Also and as always, assuming leading examples in the Portuguese Impact ecosystem, Casa do Impacto has just launched "Triggers”, a new acceleration programme that will give voice to new ideas linked to environmental issues, helping these entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into financially sustainable solutions.
Applications are open until January 7. After the application period, on January 7, 2022, and after a pre-selection, the Ideation and Matchmaking phase begins. 25 teams will be selected for Bootcamp, with 10 teams going through the acceleration phase, which will take place over two months. The program ends with a Demo Day, in June, where the three finalists will be awarded.

The bridge with global partner companies in the program will facilitate the implementation of the businesses by sharing knowledge and intersectorial synergies between public, private, social and entrepreneurial entities. Entrepreneurs will have access to a pool of players and tools that will allow them to develop their innovative solutions for carbon neutrality in 2050, so imperative to regulate the environmental imbalance. The involvement of all stakeholders in this movement is structuring for the success of a fair climate transition. It has to be now, and it has to be with the involvement of everyone: individual people, companies, social organizations and entrepreneurs”, stated Inês Sequeira Director of Casa do Impacto in ECO’s magazine.
