The EIT Health InnoStars Awards 2023 bootcamp took place at Coimbra, hosted by Instituto Pedro Nunes. With the top 18 InnoStars Awards start-ups onboard this was an exciting opp to supercharge their projects and forge meaningful connections. "How to approach investors" session was hold by our Duarte Costa, likely to provide valuable insights and guidance to the start-ups on how to effectively engage with investors and attract the necessary funding to support their projects.

This year bootcamp was a success, with a strong sense of willingness among the 18 InnoStars start-ups. Duarte Costa's contribution focused on the alignment between founders and different shareholders of start-ups, reinforcing the importance of fostering a harmonious relationship between these parties. By aligning the interests, goals, and expectations of founders and shareholders, it becomes easier to work towards a common vision and achieve success.

The emphasis on joint work with management teams and the full implementation of their roadmaps highlights the significance of collaboration and execution that 3xP Global stands for. This will directly help start-ups to reach their full potential. We can't wait to see their evolution and next year new projects.
